Someone asked us why are we posting jobs outside of Dubai when we're a Dubai-based blog. And we think if one person mustered the energy to ask, there must be dozens more who wonder the same thing but never cared to send us a message.

Well, here's why.

1. Dubai is approximately 90% expats. The city is built on foreign workers, from the low end to the high end of the job market. Advertising, especially in Dubai, uses a lot of international talent. Maybe it's because the industry is relatively new here or maybe...

2. ...advertising values international perspectives. People who have been around, who are exposed to different ideas and are capable of coming up with more. Because our industry value ideas, and ideas are, in the purest sense, universal.

All of which is a long-winded way of saying: There are international talents in Dubai. International talents are valued in advertising everywhere. Hence, international jobs.
